In order to become an Eattable partner, just fill out a short form on our website and wait for a call from a representative with further instructions.

In order to start using the Eattable partner application, it is enough to have an Ipad or Iphone, but if you do not have one, we can provide it for use for an additional fee.

You can change the following information through your account: name, phone number and email. To do this, enter the application - section "Settings" - "Profile settings".

To recover your password, please contact the Technical Support team.

To make changes to the cost of dishes and menus, please provide the following information to your curator 7 days before they come into force:
  • Menu category

  • Dish category

  • Current price

  • Description of the dish, ingredients and dimensions

  • Options available for the dish

  • Date included in the menu

Dear partner, in order to maintain customer trust and avoid unfair competition, Eattable does not allow reviews to be deleted. However, the restaurant management has the right to contact the client to resolve the situation and change the feedback on his part.

If you are unable to contact the customer and he is more than 30 minutes late, you can mark his order as 'No shown'.

To deactivate your account, please contact the technical support team.

If the previous guests of the table have not yet vacated it, the restaurant may offer to wait a few minutes or change the table.

In order to turn notifications on / off, sign in application - section "settings" - "general settings" and switch the button.

In order to notify guests about promotions and discounts, please provide information to your curator 7 days before activation.

In order to notify guests about performance at your venue, please provide information to your curator 7 days before.
